- E-rate and CTF
Every year, K12HSN conduct a series of E-rate and CTF training sessions throughout the State in order to assist California school districts, libraries, and county offices of education in the E-rate and CTF application process.
K20Video is a no cost videoconferencing scheduling system, which allows for the scheduling of point-to-point and multipoint calls. K12HSN currently provides California K-12 schools with these videoconferencing services to meet administrative, professional development, and instructional needs. Additional services, such as multipoint bridging, recording and streaming are also available at no cost.
K12HSN gives California K-12 schools access to MyTechDesk at no cost. Used primarily by IT and Maintenance and Operations departments across the State, MyTechDesk is a free ticket management web app for K-12 schools in California. MyTechDesk is developed and operated by the Imperial County Office of Education.
