    Every year, K12HSN conduct a series of E-rate and CTF training sessions throughout the State in order to assist California school districts, libraries, and county offices of education in the E-rate and CTF application process.

    K12HSN gives California K-12 schools access to MyTechDesk at no cost. Used primarily by IT and Maintenance and Operations departments across the State, MyTechDesk is a free ticket management web app for K-12 schools in California. MyTechDesk is developed and operated by the Imperial County Office of Education.
